I can't attend the start date for which I originally enrolled, can I get a refund?
Yes, however you may lose a substantial portion of your paid-in tuition as a result. Our refund policy, in accordance with Illinois law, allows us to assess an "enrollment fee" of $150 or 50% of the tuition, whichever is lower, on all enrollments. So, if you enrolled in a course with a tuition of $325, you would receive a refund of $162.50. For the full-specifics of our Refund Policy, please check the enrollment agreement which accompanied your enrollment, or call our admissions office.
A better alternative would be to reschedule to a date which better fits your schedule. There are no penalties to do this, and you will still get the valuable training you came here for.
