Not exactly. Taking all Basic Training and BBT courses in a given topic (Adobe Photoshop, for example) would land you in the classroom for 30 hours of hands-on training. If you enrolled in the 8-Week Bootcamp, you'll get 48 hours of hands-on classroom training. With ample time to cover all the material, topics are handled in a more in-depth fashion than in the single-day courses.
On the other hand, the Bootcamp is not necessary for everyone. If you need to know these topics well enough to be conversant, but not well enough to achieve "power-user" status (if, for example, you're managing a team of Photoshop experts and just need to be able to "speak Photoshop" to them), the Basic Training and a couple of BBT courses would probably work out just fine for you.
If you're swinging for the fences, however, the Bootcamp is engineered to be the best in the biz because of the greater number of classroom hours, and because the Audit Privilege is one year, versus six months with the single-day courses.
